Polaris RZR Pro R/Turbo R/Pro S Rear Plate with Hitch

Keep your back end in shape with a rear radius rod plate from KCB Offroad. The factory rear plate can flex under extreme loads, affecting handling and causing premature component wear. These one-piece 6061 billet aluminum rear plates keep everything locked in, eliminating flex and improving handling. All KCB rear plates are compatible with factory and aftermarket radius arms and will not interfere with suspension travel.

Installing your new KCB Offroad RZR Pro R Backing Plate

NOTE: You will notice that if you put your new KCB Offroad RZR Pro R/Turbo R/Pro S Backing Plate up to the bolt holes for securing it in place, that the holes on your vehicle and the holes on the plate do not align. This is because your new KCB Offroad Pro R/Turbo R/Pro S Backing plate holes are set at compound angles, and only align when the plate is set in its proper position, separated from the back of the vehicle by approximately 2”.

(1)   Starting with the top rods, bring up the rod end off the ground and align it with the appropriate hole. Hold up the new backing plate to the correct position and insert the bolt through the hole. Secure nut gently to the back. Do not tighten anything until all the bolts are in place.

(2)   Repeat step one with the other top rod.

(3)   Then secure both bottom rods in the same way.

(4)   You may need to adjust the tires by hand to get everything to align.

(5)   Once all the bolts and nuts are secured through the appropriate rod ends and holes in the plate, tighten to manufacturer’s specifications for a 14mm bolt.

(6)   Congratulations on installing your new backing plate!
