Sales Lead/Account Manager/Lead Generation


KCB Offroad is a new UTV offroad aftermarket parts manufacturing company working out of Highland, California. KCB Offroad grew out of the rapidly expanding laser cutting and machining shop of its parent company KCB Towers, Inc. but has taken on a life of its own as a maker of aftermarket parts for Can-Am, Polaris, Arctic Cat and Jeep. KCB Offroad is looking for someone to act as Sales Lead and Account Manager, finding and contacting dealers and other businesses to sell KCB’s products and services. This includes promoting our offroad parts, machine shop, laser cutting, engraving and bending services.


  • Travel when necessary to distributors and other businesses across Southern California, Nevada and Arizona - and potentially nationwide - to promote KCB Offroad’s business interests and sell products and services
  • Focus on lead generation, client acquisition, sales and customer service
  • Effectively communicate product knowledge to prospective customers
  • Engaging with consumers and manufacturers and effectively educate them to drive sales


  • A passion for UTV off-roading, from casual riding to racing and events
  • A knowledge of the mechanics of UTVs, including current trends and models among the various vehicle manufacturers
  • A foundational knowledge of metal manufacturing and CNC machining. Advanced knowledge will be gained on the job
  • A good listener
  • Excellent communication skills - you’ll be talking with representatives from many businesses
  • Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
  • English and Spanish language fluency is a plus
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance


  • $25.00 per hourly base plus commission
